Subscription payments are processed through cryptocurrency. All prices are listed in USD and converted to the selected cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate. Payments are non-refundable once processed. Invoice amounts are fixed at the time of creation and must be paid within the specified timeframe. Partial payments may result in delayed activation. We are not responsible for cryptocurrency transaction fees or exchange rate fluctuations after invoice creation.

You agree not to: use the Platform for any illegal purpose; post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; harass, abuse, or threaten other users; attempt to circumvent security measures; create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes; scrape or collect data from the Platform without permission; use the Platform to facilitate trafficking or exploitation. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TS Entertainment and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform's services.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users. TS Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. We do not verify or endorse the services offered by advertisers and are not a party to any arrangement between users.

For users within the EU, applicable EU consumer protection laws shall also apply. You agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
