My rate is dependant on the distance to be travelled and a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is to be paid to secure a date and time. Thereafter the balance is to be paid at least 24hrs prior to our meeting, failing which our arrangement will be terminated. I am a professional and I have no tolerence for time wasters or games.
